Some clients prefer a fixed quote for their development work. This can work if the project is well defined with clear requirements and if there aren’t many changes expected. Small changes are manageable with project change requests, after an analysis of the impact on scope and project effort is done. A fixed scope and price project does increase the risk, so we will do a careful evaluation to determine the best approach for your needs.
